“Our feedback of the experience with Ankur Gupta, careworld tourism and consultancy services private limited.
Ankur Gupta was introduced to me by the very close friend who is based in Peru.
He was engaged to provide travel services for our family of four to travel back from India to USA, in the midst of rampant Covid situation in India coupled with clamping of travel restrictions by several countries including USA.
On the day when, the travel restrictions were announced by USA, we thought that at least 2 of us should fly back to USA. Accordingly we have informed of the same at around 01.00 hours on 1st May 2021, and to our surprise while he was working all night, he managed to get us 2 tickets by about 07.00 am on 1st May 2021. Accordingly we flew to USA to direct destination using Air India flight.
Then, as we got the passports with US visa stamping for my younger son on 3rd May 2021 by around 04.00 pm IST, we informed Ankur of the same and as the travel restrictions were to commence from 12.01 EST midnight I.e., 09.30 IST ON 4th May 2021, Ankur managed to get the remaining 2 passengers the chartered Air India flight tickets to USA and they arrived safely.
I have to admit that timely reference by my friend of Ankur has only enabled us to be back in US, just in time before the travel restrictions in USA kicked in.
During the entire process of this travel business, Ankur was giving proactive advise, guidance, coordination and facilitation in a tireless manner on 24 by 7 basis for almost over 4 days to make sure that the customer requirements / situation / needs are met meticulously with precision, despite his personal health situation and the growing Covid cases in Delhi.
We all as a family truly recommend as a travel manager, arranger for several other potential customers, who endure to receive personalized services with committed 24/7 support, especially in times of need.

While some minimum outcomes / experiences are expected from the airline or vehicle operator or from the hotel providing the room / space etc. i.e. end service provider & their vendors and is expected to be lesser / indirectly influenced by the intermediary i.e. air-ticket or hotel or such service booking Company (called Travel Agent, Tour Operator) but, overall issuance of the tickets or booking of hotel service involves due care, assistancce & support while offering options, quoting, issuing /booking & during travel / stay etc.
In case of a customized tour i.e itinerary designed by us in due consultation with the customer, even though end service is by different vendors, we try to work with trustworthy & capable service providers and try to have more indirect influence in service delivery (tour package excludes airlines and they generally least influenced so, better opt for better airlines or be ready for lesser service).
We do our best in influencing service delivery by the service providers however, cost / budget along with customer's service expectation in that budget does effect their feedback. If needed, we try relaying what we expect from the end service provider.
Regarding number of feedbacks received:
Some customers are repeat clients who are now used to our Company's services and for sake of their convenience, share verbal feedback (almost each time) but, might not feel need to share detailed written feedback (or Google review etc.) each time even though it was a hotel booking / an experience more influenced by Company's assistance, efforts, skills & care. They keep referring customers, instead.
Also, perhaps, after experiencing a specific service once, expectations for that service is set, anything lower or higher are highlighted so, a repeat client of same type of service might give verbal feedback each time when approached but, might give write review only sometime when they first experienced that service. Some do share feedback verbally or in whatsapp message but, avoid writing any public review, anytime.
However, when approached by the Company, almost every client obliged by sharing their feedback, inputs (with or with-out photos of their cherished memories). They either shared the inputs via whatsapp messages along with their acceptance to allow the Company to feature it on Company's website or cite further OR they themselves wrote their review in
"Google Reviews"
and / or on
'Tripadvisor'
. Very few shared over the e-mail as mode of communication has been mostly whatsapp for sake of convenience. This might change / evolve with time.
